Produce Lead
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the produce area
- Train employees on produce preparation and proper use of equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure all produce areas and displays are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
Shipper Receiver
- Forklift experience is required
- Catalogs and codes invoices according to procedure
- Takes initiative to identify report and resolve problems before they escalate
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend and reach – This job will require you to load and unload trucks
- Verify both outgoing and incoming shipments, checking for quality assurance and refusing any damaged goods
- Maintain files of shipments sent and received
- Track packages and keep records of shipped items
Grocery Clerks
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good work ethic
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work as a good team member
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Total availability for any shift for both morning and afternoon shifts 7 days a week
