Jr. Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. Duties

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft
• Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
• Support bookkeeping activities, including data entry and ledger maintenance
• Aid in account analysis and prepare reports for management review
• Assist with budgeting, auditing, and financial statement preparation
• Help manage payroll processing and related documentation
• Contribute to the preparation of financial documents for external audits
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions in compliance with company policies

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and PeopleSoft
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping processes
